Safety & security

Our only official contacts
- WhatsApp: +213 658 387 528
- Email: altawabunquranacademy [at] gmail.com
Messages from any other number or address are not from us, even if they use our name or logo.
What we will never ask you for
- Your bank card number or its security code.
- Any password.
- The 6-digit WhatsApp code you receive by SMS. Nobody needs it except you.
- A payment to account details you have not received in writing from our official contacts.
If a message asks for any of these, do not answer it, and tell us on our official contacts.
Protect your WhatsApp
Turn on two-step verification: in WhatsApp, open Settings → Account → Two-step verification → Turn on, choose a PIN, and add an email address in case you forget it.
Advice for parents
- Keep classes in a shared room of the home when you can, and feel free to sit in.
- Teachers contact you, the parent or guardian, outside class, not your child.
- Tell us at once if anything in a class or message worries you.
How this website protects you
- It works only over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
- It has no login and no database, so there is no account to steal.
- It loads nothing from other websites and tracks nothing.
- The forms send nothing by themselves: you check every message before you send it.
Report a security problem
If you find a security weakness in this website or in how we handle data, please tell us by email at altawabunquranacademy [at] gmail.com or on WhatsApp. Give us reasonable time to fix it before telling others.
If you act in good faith, do not access or keep other people's data, and do not harm the service, we will not take action against you, and we will thank you.
